    • Rodeo Bull Hire Terms & Conditions

      1. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure all rodeo bull hire bookings.

The booking deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances once paid, unless we are unable to provide the service.

Deposits are non-transferable to another customer and are used to reserve equipment, staffing, transport and scheduling.

      2. Cancellations

We do not offer refunds for cancellations.

If you need to cancel your event, any monies paid can be transferred to a future date, subject to availability and the conditions below.

      3. Rescheduling Policy

Bookings may be rescheduled free of charge provided at least 21 days' notice is given before the event date.

Where less than 21 days' notice is provided, any payments made may be forfeited at our discretion due to staffing, transport and equipment commitments already being allocated.

Rescheduled bookings must be used within 12 months of the original booking date.

All rescheduled dates remain subject to availability.

      4. Weather

Outdoor rodeo bull hires are subject to safe operating conditions.

If weather conditions are deemed unsafe, including but not limited to high winds, heavy rain, thunderstorms or flooding, we reserve the right to cancel operation of the equipment.

In such circumstances, payments will be transferred to an alternative date. No refunds will be issued.

      5. Customer Responsibility

The hirer is responsible for ensuring:

      • Adequate access for delivery and collection.

      • A suitable, level operating area.

      • Sufficient space for the equipment.

      • Availability of suitable power supplies where required.

      • The safety of guests and spectators.

Any delays caused by access issues, venue restrictions or customer-related matters may reduce operating time without entitlement to a refund.

      6. Equipment & Safety

The rodeo bull must only be operated by our trained staff.

No person under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be permitted to ride.

We reserve the right to refuse access to any participant who may pose a safety risk to themselves, our staff or other guests.

All participants ride entirely at their own risk.

      7. Damage & Misuse

The hirer accepts responsibility for any deliberate damage, theft, vandalism or misuse of the equipment caused by themselves, guests or attendees.

Any repair, replacement or cleaning costs resulting from damage may be charged to the hirer.

      8. Liability

Whilst every effort is made to ensure safe operation of our equipment, participation is entirely at the rider's own risk.

We accept no liability for injury, loss or damage arising from misuse of the equipment, failure to follow staff instructions, or circumstances beyond our control.

      9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, road closures, accidents, power failures, government restrictions, strikes or other unforeseen circumstances.

      10. Acceptance

Payment of a deposit or invoice constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.
