Rodeo Bull Hire – Terms & Conditions Supply of the Equipment

1. Supply of Equipment

   • While we operate our own Rodeo Bull Hire services, in some cases your booking may be fulfilled by one of our trusted UK partners.

   • This ensures we can provide nationwide coverage and availability, even during peak periods.

2. Responsibility & Liability

   • Where equipment is supplied by one of our partners, the hirer (you) enters into a direct agreement with that partner.

   • All equipment, staffing, and operations are covered by the partner’s own insurance, risk assessments, and safety procedures.

   • We act only as an introducer/booking agent in these cases and accept no liability for the operation, supervision, or performance of partner-supplied equipment.

3. Insurance

   • All partners we work with are required to hold valid Public Liability Insurance and maintain safety standards in line with UK regulations.

   • Copies of insurance documents can be provided on request, directly from the supplying partner.

4. Event Management

   • The partner operator is responsible for the safe installation, supervision, and running of the Rodeo Bull during your hire period.

   • Any disputes, claims, or incidents relating to the hire must be addressed with the supplying partner company.

5. Our Commitment

   • We carefully select and vet all partner companies to ensure they meet our standards of safety, reliability, and professionalism.

   • We will always inform you in advance if your Rodeo Bull hire is being supplied by a partner.
